Your child’s name and school, your home pickup address with the days and times you need, the names and phone numbers of the people allowed to collect your child, and a smartphone (Android or iPhone) to run the SwiftGo app. You do not need everything today. We will ask for the rest when we call.

Yes. You can type the school’s name when you add your child. Our team checks it and adds it for you.

Yes. Add each child to your account. Each child has their own schedule and driver.

Your monthly price depends on the distance and the days you need. SwiftGo confirms the exact price with you once a driver is assigned. If the price ever changes, you are asked to confirm it before it applies.

You pay in the SwiftGo app, with mobile money or card. You get a receipt for every payment that you can download.

Pause that day in the app. The cost of that day goes back into your SwiftGo wallet, and you can use it for school rides or any other SwiftGo trip.

Days when the school is closed are taken off your monthly bill.
